The range

Room types, not module counts.

Five room types, engineered from one road-legal module. Each ships factory-finished and is craned into place in a day — from the entry Studio to the two-bedroom Residence and the matched Sauna. NOOK builds factory-finished glamping pods for sale to operators across Spain and the UK. Configured prices and full specs come with your quote.

From a 10 m² treatment room to a ~40 m² Residence.

Buyer questions

What operators ask before they specify.

How much does a glamping pod or modular suite cost?

The guest-ready Studio anchors the range from €69,000 + IVA, all-in — transport, crane and the reversible foundation included. The Suite, Residence and Base are configured to your site and confirmed in a 48-hour proposal. Fleet discounts apply from three units.

What's the difference between the Base, Studio, Suite and Residence?

They are room types, not module counts. The Base is an 8.2 m² single-module flex unit; the Studio a 17.5 m² two-module entry suite; the Suite a ≈26 m² three-module suite — the size operators book guests into; the Residence a ≈35 m² two-bedroom. One platform, one aesthetic.

Are these glamping pods insulated for year-round use?

Yes. Every suite has 14 cm rock-wool walls, a 19.7 cm insulated roof, MVHR heat-recovery against condensation and Energy certification A. They are built for four-season rates, not a single summer — the full material schedule is published and guaranteed in the contract annex.

How long from order to a guest-ready suite?

Twelve to sixteen weeks from signature to first guest: 8–10 weeks in the factory, half a day to set the helical piles, and 2–3 hours to crane the finished suite into place. It is listable within days of the crane leaving, with no on-site assembly crew.
