What this site is

nookcabins.com is the business brochure and enquiry site for NOOK Cabins, the hospitality brand of NOOK Prefab. It takes no payment, processes no checkout, and is not a binding offer or a contract. Any purchase is agreed separately in a signed statement of work. The site's purpose is to help operators, hotels and landowners understand the range and request a configured proposal.

Who we are

NOOK Cabins is operated by NOOK Prefab. For anything about these terms or an underlying project, contact hello@nookcabins.com. The registered company details are published in our legal notice when finalised.

What you can do

• Read, share and link to any page on this site.
• Quote short excerpts for editorial coverage with a credit and a link back.
• Share a document we send you (spec pack, dossier, pro-forma) internally, provided you do not republish it externally.
• Send enquiries through the form, by email, or on WhatsApp.

What you cannot do

• Republish whole pages or our documents to a wider audience.
• Use any NOOK Cabins or NOOK Prefab mark, wordmark or imagery in a way that suggests a partnership or endorsement that does not exist.
• Provide false or misleading information through the form, scrape it programmatically, or use it to send us unsolicited messages.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the client-side code beyond the rights the law gives you.

Specifications, pricing and availability

The specifications, lead times and any pricing shown on this site are indicative and configured per project. They are not a guarantee or a binding offer. Your project's price depends on configuration, finish, site survey, transport to your address, and local tax. The contractual figure is the one set out in your signed statement of work.

Warranties

Each suite ships with a three-year structural warranty covering frame, cladding, glazing seals and the roof membrane; the membrane manufacturer warranties the membrane separately. The sauna heater is covered by its manufacturer's own warranty. The website itself gives no warranty. Your statutory rights — for example under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or EU Directive 2019/771 — apply where relevant and override anything inconsistent here.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, NOOK Cabins and NOOK Prefab are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded by law.

Intellectual property

All copy, imagery, drawings, schematics and code on this site belong to NOOK Prefab unless marked otherwise. Third-party names (for example HUUM, Rockwool) are used for accurate description only and remain their owners' property.

Third-party links

Where we link off-site — to a regulator, a source, or a processor's own policy — we do not control that content. The link is for transparency or sourcing and does not imply endorsement.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. For business users, any dispute that cannot be resolved by correspondence is subject to the courts of Spain. Consumers keep any mandatory rights and jurisdiction their own country of residence gives them.

Changes to these terms

We post material changes here and update the date above. Continued use after a change means acceptance; if a change materially affects an active enquiry, we tell you by email.
